Susan HamreCCC,, MA-SLP, is ASHA-certified speech-Language pathologist with more than 40 years of experience in teaching, research, clinical and teaching autism. This includes work at the school, hospital, community and home levels. She runs a Santa Fe private practice that provides services for individuals aged infancy to adulthood. Early Intervention, autism, and many other difficult conditions. A clinician at heart Susan As a parent, she has provided care for children as young at nine months old. Susan is A national presenter who teaches treatment strategies for autism to mental health professionals, educators, and rehab professionals. She also offers trainings in autism to First Responders (Crisis Intervention Teams), firefighters and EMT. Susan The Director of the Autism The Training Center at Giant Steps, Illinois, is home to trained first responders, transportation system, park districts and small and large venues. It also houses nursing colleges, medical centres, parent groups, and public school systems. She is a professional with years of experience and can speak passionately about this subject.
