Here’s how it works at 3 am…

Well, when we’re suffering, our vibration is far, far from good. At 3 AM, take a deep breathing, select the vibration that corresponds to your feelings, then follow Carol and I through the simple tapping exercise. It only takes a few moments.
Tap tapping was so helpful that I began to study it. Carol Look was a master teacher and I learned from her. Over the past seven years I’ve introduced tens of thousands of people to the power of tapping through my coaching work and websites. You could struggle through (like you’ve always done in the past), but you know you don’t do your best work when you feel this way. You can then quickly scan the list of limiting beliefs in the program and choose the one that speaks to you.
