In the beginning, I did not know how to finance, remodel, rent, or even sell real estate. However, because I acquired the valuable skill of finding great deals, I was capable to make money and grow on a solid foundation in investing.
A business partner and myself have purchased over 100 real estate deals together since our start, flips and rentals included. Today, we have used our real estate wealth and income to become financially independent.
