Module 1: Drumming the Elements

We are incubated in rhythm, held in the concert hall of our mother’s womb. The drum is like us — a skin stretched over a shell. We connect through drumming with The elements of nature are a source of creativity, sacredness, meaning, and inspiration. This is the lineage rhythm. Drumming served a primary function before entertainment and performance. It was also used for healing, community, prayer, and ceremony.
In this first module, you’re invited to join the sacred lineage of the drum by shifting your paradigm from playing the drum as “music” To make music with A drum can be used as a spiritual tool. You’ll ride the rhythm into the inner realms — the heartbeat of your inner drum.

Module 5: Embodying and Living the Beat

We are all wired to rhythm. This includes walking, rocking, breathing, breathing, skiing, laughing, resting and even skipping. Our bodies entrain — our feet tap and our heads bob. Walking, talking, ticking-tocking, polyrhythms.

Neuroscience has demonstrated that rhythm stimulates motor neurons and influences our circadian rhythms and respiratory rhythms. - Learn a rhythm mantra practice — the repetition of patterns
