NUTS & BOLTS
- Training schedule: The 8-week program includes 4 sessions each week. Clients usually set aside 30–45 minutes per session.
- Access for Life: Once you have Elements it’s yours for life, so you can go at your own pace and revisit the program as many times as you want.
- Equipment: None. You don’t need to lose weight, bar or do anything. You can do Elements Anywhere there is a little bit of open floor space.

Although I read some comments about the thread on Reddit that it was too simple, I have to admit that I went through it firsthand and would have believed those who said it was too simplistic if they had stayed with it for a few more weeks.
I’ve been working out for many years. I’m in good shape, according to most people’s standards. But, I’m seeing great benefits. Elements. I can hold a handstand unsupported, can do deep squats now and can forward fold easily. Although it’s billed as an introduction program, I think it could be beneficial for anyone.

Weeks 1 & 2
Step 1: Assess your abilities
During Weeks 1 & 2, you’ll learn the basic movement patterns while testing your current levels of strength, flexibility, and control.
Weeks 3-6
Step 2: Address Your Weaknesses
Weeks 3 – 6 assign specific movement variations, transitions, and circuit training to strengthen your weakest links as efficiently as possible..
Weeks 7 & 8
Step 3 – Apply your Skills
Weeks 7 & 8 will challenge and refine your abilities, as you complete the program using all the flows, circuits, and variations.
Since weaknesses are never identified, they can’t be adequately addressed in the training. Instead, you will practice the skills and exercises that your trainer excels at. It’s truly a case of “guru knows best,” This only works for people with the same natural abilities.
We designed Elements There are three core movements that will give you the physical attributes that you need to have a stronger, more responsive body. This will allow you to move fluidly and with absolute freedom in all situations.
The 3 Core Movements Patterns
“Animal movements” They are used in almost all martial and dance traditions. Though there are thousands of variations, we’ve selected three that provide a solid base for almost any skill.
The Bear Strengthens stability and strength through the arms, shoulders and upper body while stretching the hamstrings. You’ll get familiar with several variations that emphasize strength and control in different areas.
The Monkey This is a deep, lateral move that opens your hips by repeatedly squatting. As you build balance and control, you’ll find your legs can reach upward, forming the basis for cartwheels and other tumbling skills.
The Frogger Also squat-Intensive puts more pressure on the shoulders, arms, and chest. Your trunk becomes stronger and your hips can lift higher for handstands or other inverted skills.
I tried the home-based programs everyone knows about and was bored to tears. Crossfit was a good option, but it took all my time.
But I did Elements, and it was the first program I’d ever in my life just gone start to finish. I felt myself getting stronger. My back pain began disappearing. My squat improved. It was easy to see the improvement in my flexibility without really having to focus on it. It’s magic. The movements are tough, but they don’t feel as tough as they should be for the gains that you get, if that makes sense, because it’s so much more fun.

I suffered from neck and shoulder pain after years of powerlifting training. For as long as my memory can recall, my hips and hamstrings have been tight. I also felt limited mobility in my upper back and shoulders. I wanted to improve my mobility and body control, and lay the foundation for more advanced skills in the future. What equipment is needed?

Absolutely. It’s great for both men and women. We’ve had loads of badass ladies go through Elements The program has helped them feel and move better.
Am I too old? Are you overweight? Too inexperienced?
It is unlikely. Elements Our most accessible program is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Each exercise is broken down and explained clearly at different difficulty levels.
Can I combine Elements With other training programs?
If you’ve been training consistently for at least a year, you can add Elements Reduce the amount of training you do. If you’re starting out, please just pick one.
Can I build muscle?
Yes, but don’t expect to get “jacked” With Elements. You may notice bigger arms and shoulders, but you’ll feel stronger all over.
What will my moves be?
Elements This article focuses on the movements of the bear, monkey and frogger, but there are other variations such as handstands and cartwheels.
What is the duration of the workout?
It depends on the day, but you won’t need to spend more than 45 minutes on any session unless you’re just having too much fun to stop.
What will this do for me in (my sport)?
Elements It helps you to strengthen your weaknesses and increases your agility. This will make it easier for you to perform better in all of your physical activities.
Reflexive strength and coordination between the hips and shoulders are my favorite benefits from bear crawls. It can be a very intense exercise for endurance, or a lower intensity one for flexibility/mobility and lengthening the muscles.
Monkey and Frogger force my hips to a deeper squat, which I feel allows me greater flexibility and range of motion. It has helped me build up my upper body strength, which has allowed me to perform other movements such handstands.
These movements allow me to stay limber and agile for daily activities.
