Jane She is currently a consultant and private contractor in Virginia. She has worked in many settings, including hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics and home health agencies. She has also taught at DeVry University (Phoenix), Utah State University, and the University of Wyoming. She is a former regional clinical specialist, national trainer for rehabilitation program directors, and director of a community-rehabilitation program.-Program for survivors of traumatic brain injuries. She is a speaker and author on continuing education courses at state and national levels. Her topics include: Prospective Payment System, Medicare Documentation; Ethics; Professionalism; Comprehensive Assessment for the Adult Patient; Quality indicators: QA/QI; Customer service; Nursing Documentation; Managing Dysphagia. Cognitive Communication Disorders in the Neurologically Impaired Cognitive Rehabilitation and Dementia

Jane He is the author two books and an informative guide in Dysphagia. Cognitive Rehabilitation. Jane’s book on Dementia: Interventions For Severe Cognitive Impairments gives detailed intervention strategies for professionals working with patients who suffer from significantly decrease cognitive status.
