About the teacher
After a traumatic and colourful childhood, I was 21 years old when I moved to a Buddhist Ecovillage north of Scotland. Six years later, I went to Asia to study yoga, massage, and other Taoist and Tantric techniques.
My journey to healing my traumas and learning to forgive openly, and strengthening my will and integrity has led me to heal and overcome my own. Kundalini Activated and is now open.
This experience has been a great blessing and privilege for me.
After I learned to manage the enormous amount of energy my body produced, I decided to return to bodywork professionally. Kundalini Bodywork Sessions since 2017.
