I would like to share this with Your kindness and generosity have had a profound impact on my life. Here’s Paul Scheele telling you my story.
I was a nervous, twitchy kid. with Internal stress can cause a lot of anxiety.
So…when I was 18 years-old, I attended a special presentation on meditation at the University of Minnesota Sanskrit Scholar was the teacher. the Few in the the world to read ancient languages. I was a disciplined student who meditated for hours. the Tradition that dates back to 5000 years the Himalayas called Raja Yoga or “the Royal Path of Yoga.” Swami Rama was my teacher. the Himalayas who once held the Highest holy position the Shankaracharya, like the Inspiration of the Pope the Catholic Church
My practice ceased after eight years. My life had changed with I have a wife and kids and felt that I didn’t really have the time. the disciplines. Sometimes I would go back to meditation, especially when I was stressed, but most of the time I just drifted away.
Then, I went to India.
As time went by, I found myself in Rishikesh (India) a few years back, listening to Swami Veda from 32 years before. He told me that it was there. You can’t attribute your life successes to anyone else once you’ve been initiated in this tradition. It’s always from the Lineage that has been there for you since your inception.
That hit me hard—it humbled me immediately
