7) 13 Roadblocks that Can Stop You from Buying Trade Dollars Overnight
This consultation is an updated version of my product, Barter Secrets Bartering and trade. I am open to trade and barter. “Barter Secrets,” This can seem confusing at first. Marcello was a man who had purchased the Barter Secrets I was mailed the package and contacted me to clarify. This was an excellent opportunity to update this update with clear explanations on how to deal with trade organizations using easy-To-Use examples to understand.
Using Marcello’s own business need for radio advertising as an example, listen as I explain how he can buy that radio advertising time at, for example, 20 cents on the dollar. First, he needs to find a member or trade group like ITEX that has many trade dollars and is willing to sell them at 20 cents per dollar.
Marcello will need to find another ITEX member that sells radio advertising time before closing the deal with the trade dollars seller. Let’s say that the radio advertiser sells radio spots at $100 each. Marcello would have to spend $10,000 on 100 radio spots.
Now that Marcello has found what he wants to buy (radio spots), he would contact the seller of the trade dollars again and arrange to purchase $10,000 worth of trade dollars for $2,000 – which is 20 cents on the dollar. He would ask the seller to deposit the trade dollars on Marcello’s behalf into the ITEX account. Voila! Marcello now has the ability to advertise his product 100 times using radio advertising.
Marcello and i also discuss purchasing trade dollars for a discount, and then reinvesting.-Private parties can profit from these trade dollars. Marcello could find a company that would sell radio spots worth $10,000 in trade dollars for 2,000. After doing some research, Marcello could find a company that sells radio spots and is willing to buy $10,000 worth trade dollars for $2,000. His competitor could pay half of what he is charging. The key here is to have the buyer pay Marcello first, before he buys the trade dollars so that he doesn’t have to use a dime of his own money.
You’ll also get some tips on how the IRS considers these types of transactions and how you can write off anything that the IRS considers income.

8) 10 Ideas to Get You Started Today Barter Business
Dan had called me to get some detail about how he could become involved with a barter organization – mainly to get enough cash for a fabulous tropical vacation with his wife to celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary.
In this audio, you’ll first hear how we get off on a few tangents that have to do with starting a business which would be a secondary income for Dan initially but that he could subsequently build to be his primary income.

You’ll hear me give Dan some tips on finding ITEX members who may be very, very interested in selling trade dollars at a low price. You need to be creative about what you buy, and how you sell the items you’ve bought using trade dollars.
Dan uses my assistance to navigate the ITEX website to find the members in his region and the products they sell. Dan gets reasons from me why certain organizations might be interested in selling products or services quickly for trade dollars.
Dan understands that trade dollars can be used in two ways. The first is to buy trade dollars at 20 cents per dollar for a product/service that you might need. By saving money, you can make money by using trade dollars.
You must be resourceful and creative in order to make money the second way. Trade dollars can be purchased at 20 cents per dollar, and then resold to another party for profit. Dan will be interested in some of the interesting examples I share with him about how trade dollars can make a lot of money.
It is important to ensure that sellers do not artificially increase the price of their services or products. Here’s an example: A seller increased the price for his services by an outrageous amount. I confronted him about the matter and we reached an agreement on a fair price. There are no rules – you can always negotiate.

You can also buy trade dollars to resell for profit. “pre-buy” You can purchase a product or service through an ITEX member, and then you can negotiate to buy units that can be made into scripts that can be sold to anyone and can be redeemed by them. This is similar to gift certificates that are sold at grocery stores checkouts.
Dan agreed to join ITEX and give it a go for a few more months. I reminded him to be honest and put in effort.
