The intent you should have when going after a thug’s eyes. (Most people get this wrong… and lose a huge advantage, while giving the attacker the upper hand.)
It is essential that you do not injure the eyes. This is dangerous and wasteful if you do it wrong. Many people have—as a last resort—tried to incorrectly injure the eyes of their attacker while being strangled and ended up in the morgue.)
Why you shouldn’t “aim to miss” While training. (Of course, you can’t make contact with the eyes. But… you’ll see how to “stay on target” safely.)
There are two reasons why attacking the eyes while your attacker is on the ground is the best position.
What does this mean? “the step is the strike” This is why you should tattoo it on your brain!

The “holy trinity” Cholester strikes. (WARNING! These can all lead to death.
When someone is on their hands or knees, there are three ways to strike their neck. You also have two striking surfaces that you can choose from.
How to ensure that your bodyweight remains fully in every strike. (By the way, the universe and laws of physics could care less if you’re nearly all muscle or have 40% bodyfat, if you strike right, every ounce of you will go into causing an injury. After all, why do you think football lineman put on as much weight as possible… to the point of being technically obese?)

You can expect two outcomes from a groin striking. It is not about harming genitalia. And gender makes zero difference.)

Why you must never focus—or grab onto—a weapon… any weapon! This is especially important when you are confronted with a firearm.
The #1 mistake almost everyone—trained or not—makes when a gun is involved. (Many policemen make this mistake too…)
