Since 2003 to Jonathan was one of four Senior Partners in a Chicago-based firm that traded proprietary securities. He was 6th employee at the firm, and then he rose through the ranks. to He was the Director of Futures Trading, where he was responsible to all aspects of proprietary trading. Jonathan was responsible for the management of a large number of traders (more than 15) and the overall performance of the trading floors (60+ traders). Jonathan trained over 30 traders in every aspect of Fixed Income trading.

Jonathan was an Equity Options Market Maker at the CBOE from 2010 to 2013. He managed his own portfolio and traded over 100 stocks simultaneously.

Jonathan joined a private Family Office in Chicago (Hedge Fund), in 2014. Jonathan has worked with the firm’s investment team designing and implementing a pair trading investment strategy that focuses on Closed End Funds. He is also a promoter and supporter of other strategies within our firm with a focus in business development. Jonathan received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in 1997. He is currently a Level 2 CFA Candidate.

Jonathan completed the Madison Ironman in 2011. He also ran 4 marathons in the past four years. His free time is spent with his lovely wife, his two sons and his guitar.
