This is a super simple way to spend money with almost no effort and have them verified. This is the one I chose, so these are the places where the expensives come into play.
You can spend as much or as little on time and $$, but it is up to you.
(3) My biggest problem is sales. I’m not one who enjoys cold calling. Ranking websites has never been a problem for me. Which methods do you use to teach potential clients how to sell land?
This is, based on my research, a major sticking point in the lives of others. I take this matter very seriously.
Two paths are available to help you lead sales in your program.
(A) You deal with a national partnership that can accept all calls in the country (or across the country depending on your niche).
After you’ve read my Lead Gen cheat sheet consider the product expanding upon what’s in it.
These partners are generally easier to work with but they have a lower value per lead due to the fact that they take a cut of the customer’s revenue.
It may take only one partner to get you started.

(B) This is where you find a local partner by following more common sales processes. For example, I’d research potential companies to sell leads to and how I would contact them. How I would negotiate with them. What I would say/position to them.
I will also discuss mindset issues and ways to overcome resistance to picking up the phone. (Hint: Your brain may be misleading you)

This mindset hole is also mine.
The good news is that you don’t necessarily need many partners. You can often find one that serves multiple metro areas or niches.
