It can be hard to get started with anything. Beginner True strength is the ideal starting point for your strength.-building journey. This plan is designed to build a solid foundation and stability using safe, efficient and effective methods that allow you to build your body in a challenging, but manageable way.
As Dylan You will be guided through different movements and yoga-By learning how to use based postures, your body will become more aware. You’ll also learn how to tap into the muscles you already have but are not using effectively, build strength, and learn the foundations for more advanced techniques. The Beginner’s True Strength program will allow you to increase flexibility and range of motion, making movement easier and more accessible.
This plan includes ten classes. Five classes include instructional videos that explain each movement and offer modifications to suit your level. Five additional classes are available for 30-These sessions are for a few minutes and will help you to create your strength-building routine. They also help you to know when you should rest and when you should work. Keep you going!-This plan will keep you motivated and on track. It also includes a training calendar to help you organize your practice.

There are five sessions that will take you through challenging, level-specific exercises.-You don’t need to explain too much about specific exercises. However, unlike Builder I, it is more challenging, more intense, and longer than Builder II.

True Strength Evolution 2 (TSE2) is the second of the 3 levels.-Part of the TSE series. The movements are still very accessible but the reps are higher and holds last longer. If you can do TSE 1, you are ready for TSE 2. These workouts will make you proud of your body, how you feel and how strong you are. You will be excited to get on your mat each day.
This level introduces more than 30 new complexes that will keep you working out fun and target new areas. We’ll be doing new versions of chaturangas and block work as well as dynamic and static strength training. Between complexes, instead of simply resting to recuperate, we work into deep flexibility, exploring multiple stretching modalities, such as dynamic stretching, active static stretching, yin style and PNF stretching, while your exhausted muscles are resting and you’re still working hard at getting more flexible.
The goal is that at the end of the workout, you’re not only stronger, fitter and more flexible but you feel great about who you are and what you accomplished! This workout will give you the strength, flexibility, and endurance you need in just 30 minutes. It’s a great way to feel amazing.

True Strength Evolution 3 (TSE-3) is the highest of the 3.-Part of the TSE series. This is the best way for you to strengthen your body with a Yoga mat, blocks and a wall. These workouts can be challenging but they are also very fun.
TSE 1 & 2 taught us everything we know and then we build on it by adding more volume, longer holds, harder movements, and higher reps. I will push you to your limits.
