The HIIT+ yoga fusion classes focus on one area of your body and offer fun and creative exercises that will help you reach your maximum intensity.-Placed yoga sequences allow you to rest before we increase your heart rate. The core & stretch class will build midline strength, which is crucial to a strong body and practice. To feel balanced and energized, you’ll end each week with a lighthearted yoga practice. This series is unique because each week has 30 classes.-This short workout focuses on the four main modes of fitness: core work, mobility, cardio conditioning and strength work.
