Mr. Boiston A mindfulness teacher and meditation instructor who teaches retreats, workshops and mindful living classes. to Both healthcare and corporate employers, as well as the general public. Some of his clients are Kaiser Permanente, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and the Riverside County Office on Aging. He was awarded his certification in the field of a Mindfulness Facilitator (CMF) from UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) in 2017 after completing their yearlong teacher training program. MARC is part of the UCLA Medical School’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
