Dan Tricarico Since over 20 years, he has been a member the West Hills High School English Department. He is also the author of Zen Teacher: Creating Focus and Simplicity in the Classroom. Dan Zen Teacher Facebook Group was also created by him. It offers support and community for teachers who are suffering from stress and are interested to improve their self.-care. This toolkit will help teachers deal with general anxiety, worry and overwhelm related to teaching.
Does this resource have a connection to a particular religion or spiritual belief?
This toolkit is intended to be used by all teachers.
