According to some studies, 9 out of 10 clinicians describe themselves as “above average.” Although it is probably true that they would like to be viewed as a It is not possible to be a master or above-average therapist. While most counseling students intend to become master therapists when they have completed 10,000 hours of training, few people reach that level. This program will outline the steps necessary to master psychotherapy. This presentation will combine research with interviews with acknowledged masters as well as personal revelation or wisdom.

He received many awards for his professional efforts and was in leadership roles at the national as well as state levels of psychology and counseling.
