George Simon, PhD, For more than 30 years, he has specialized in disorders of personality and character. He is widely known as an authority on manipulative personalities, and other problematic characters. Dr. Simon He received his doctorate in clinical psychology at Texas Tech University. However, he also maintained an active private practice until a few years ago. During this time, he helped both people with severe character disorders and their partners.
He also served as the Arkansas Sex Offender Risk Assessment program’s Supervising Psychologist, as well as their only inpatient treatment for offenders.
