My Superhero Bulking ProgramWe’re currently working in four phases.
The chest and back are the first phases. We are still maintaining our size in the shoulders, arms, legs. While those muscles groups are being worked on, we are putting more attention on the chest as well as the back. You’ll notice a big difference in your chest and shoulders over the next two months.
We’ll be moving into the shoulder phase in the next phase. I love this phase. This is when your shoulders really shine, get that round cap look, and you can really make your body look like a superhero. One of the most important characteristics of superheroes is their amazing shoulders. This is what makes a lot of men who just bench press all day and don’t go to the gym a true superhero. It’s their shoulder development. While you do the shoulder phase, you can still maintain the same results as the chest and back phases. Next, we tie everything up and then we bring in our arms.
The final phase is to tie everything together. We are increasing the volume of everything. It took two months to achieve this massive amount. The last phase is great for filling up your suitcase when you’re getting ready to go on vacation or shoot photos. It’s not possible to do it all year because it is very tiring, but it can be done to finish it off.
There are no specific phases we do for our legs. The legs will grow naturally. Don’t increase the size of your legs as they can chafe and draw people’s attention downward. You want strong, defined legs without too much mass. It’s possible to achieve incredible gains if you train for three, four and five years.
When we focus on building everything at the same time, it’s easier to get distracted.-Intermediate or early advanced stage. You’re just setting yourself up to run around in circles. My Greek God Program This is great for those who want to get that Greek God physique. We want to take it up a notch, so you have to do the Superhero.
We use mainly two different protocols.
The reverse pyramid training is the first. You always need to gain muscle strength. To increase your strength and build myofibrillar Hypertrophy, do the reverse pyramid training. You’ll get a lot of muscle.
Then, we tie it up with some rest-Pausing work is great for adding that extra 20% to your results. We do some heavy curls, then we do some rest.-Pause curls to draw in more nutrition for the muscles and get more pump. Rest-Pause training doesn’t help build permanent muscle. It won’t be there for weeks. However, if you continue to train those three days per week and take that rest, then it will.-You’ll only gain more size by pause training
The Superhero Bulking Program It’s amazing if you have the right base. This program is not designed for beginners. Instead, it is for those who have been training at least 3 years, are already strong, and want to be a superhero without becoming fat. Nutrition protocols are also important. There are two strategies we use that will allow you to simultaneously build muscle and support lean, lean bodies.
This basically means that you alternate between high-calorie days to build muscle and low-calorie days. Because it regulates your anabolic hormones and improves insulin sensitivity, the low-calorie days can actually help you build more muscle. You can quickly regain muscle by doing a few days of low-calorie days. It’s almost like someone who has been on a long-term cut, will then go on a bulk and gain weight really quickly. They may also go on a diet if they have been bulking up for a while. Then they can lose weight very quickly. You will be able to achieve the opposite by having periods of low calories and longer periods of high calories.
You can also do intermittent fasting every day to help you lose body fat and create the conditions for an anabolic rebound. It’s an extremely effective program that builds muscle, stays lean, and adds muscle in a proportionate manner for a super-stylist physique like Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth or Henry Cavill.
