Kinobody was my first creation. I was teaching people how to get that muscular, lean physique you see in Hollywood. Think Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Ryan Reynolds plays the role of Patrick Bateman in Blade: Trinity. He plays Patrick Bateman in American Psycho, a movie starring Christian Bale. It’s the look where you can see incredible detail. It’s not a huge look. You could wear a t-shirt.-You will look good in a shirt and a suit. It’s easy to appear strong but not huge.
It’s crazy how your shirt can be taken off and reveal your true self. Your face looks very slim and angular. Low body fat makes your muscles pop. Kinobody was my first company. I wanted to show people how to get that look.

There are a few things you’re doing. Your goal is to get that perfect proportion, that straight, square chest, with solid shoulders and that Hollywood-type physique. Your nutrition will be set up in a way that allows for you to slowly lose body fat and show incredible muscle tone.
It is a very fulfilling program from a lifestyle point of view. You’ll be training three days a week in all my courses. This allows you to achieve maximum results. [nuero 00:01:40] recovery. If you want to have a beautiful, well-maintained physique, which is fun and attractive, then you shouldn’t train five days per week. You won’t be able to work out six days per week if you aren’t going to be a slave at the gym.
If you want your body to grow, and you exercise a lot, then you must train regularly. You can actually maintain your muscle mass by training less. You go on vacation and take a few days off from the gym. But when you return to work, you look amazing.
You’re in the warrior’s training program. To build that warrior physique, you’re becoming stronger at key lifts. You are eating a healthy diet that will allow you to lose body fat and show off your muscle tone.
Many people struggle to lose weight. They are unable to maintain a healthy calorie balance. They depend on a lot of cardio. They adhere to all dogmatic diet rules. WarriorTraining Program it is designed to get rid of all the junk and body fat. It is difficult for most people to lose weight. Few people will ever have less than ten percent body weight, or for longer than one day.
