The Push This program will help you go from having no experience with handbalancing to being able to do a straight, two-arm handstand. Beginning with basic conditioning of wrists, forearms, shoulders and elbows to learn how to get up and out of a freestanding stand. With our many rebalancing drills, you can learn to freebalance and have a practical and theoretical understanding of how the straight handstand works.
Teaching handbalancing with an expansive technique is a way to teach it. It leads to a structure that’s efficient and elegant, which can be used to help you reach higher levels such as the two-arm and eventually the one-arm handstand. There are many styles of handstands available. Some may be in an arch position, while others may be more in a planche. All of these styles are valid in their respective contexts. This program however teaches the straighthandstand by combining traditional Russian handbalancing with other strategies for developing awareness and coordination upsidedown.
With the Push You will learn the basics of straight two-arm handstands and all flexibility components. Additionally, you will be able to program your own training, as well as how to create an individual handbalancing practice.
This entry-level course offers a lot of programming assistance and training templates. It will be possible to understand your body’s reaction to handbalancing and how to create a fun, holistic, efficient handbalancing routine. This program includes 44 videos. You will be able to choose the right exercises from the manual and skillwork.

Although the push program was designed for absolute beginners it is also applicable to people who have had some handstand training. You don’t need to be flexible as this is an entry level course in handstand. This program teaches the fundamentals of Physical Preparation for the Handbalancing skill, as well as the basic conditioning required to improve the skill.
This program does not require that you have a physical ability to enter, but it does require that you can train independently and in a self-directed manner. All the details, step-by step programming, and in-depth information about the progressions are included. But it’s you who will be able to do a solid, freestanding stand.

How long can I keep the device in use? Push program?
Once you have achieved a comfortable pike, a straight, freestanding handstand you are happy with, the program is done. However, you can continue using it as much as you like. The program is yours for life, and you can access any updates until the internet stops. You will be able to return to the program if necessary to sharpen your fundamentals, even if it’s already been completed.

How long does it take to become flexible shoulders/pike.
While this can vary from person to person and takes up to 18 months to fully change your ability to be flexible, most people notice a faster turnaround. As time passes, you will become more flexible. You will see a significant improvement in flexibility and strength in your shoulders when you practice handbalancing.
Do I need to train with someone?
Nope. The push program design means that there is no need to have a partner, and everything can be done by one person. Although training with others can be fun, it is best to do it together.
