Hayden Center, PhD, LPCDr. has been treating families and individuals with substance abuse disorders including opioid use disorder for more than 25 years in a private setting. Dr. Center Recently, served as an evaluator Center for Substance Abuse Prevention’s (CSAP) Southeast Center Application of Prevention Technologies (SECAPT), and Border Center Application of Prevention Technologies (BCAPT).
Dr. Center As a consultant to the Alabama Governor’s Office of Drug Abuse Policy for 10 years and has worked with numerous state and local agencies in the state of Alabama.Â
He has given over 200 trainings in the areas of science-Co-based prevention, evaluation, risk, and protective factors-These disorders can also include mental health issues and substance abuse problems. His current interests are in providing technical assistance and training. to Increase the effectiveness and usage of evidence-Based treatments and approachesÂ
Additionally to His private practice, Dr. Center He has been teaching in universities for more than 28 years. He is a graduate teacher.-Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama, offers level courses in Theories of Psychotherapy. Auburn University, Montgomery, Alabama was where he earned his PhD in counselor education as well as his Master of Science degree in psychology.Â
