Here are some comments from people. Henry Akins’ Hidden Jiu-Jitsu:
“If you take the time to master these escapes, and understand why they work, it won’t be long before you can’t remember the last time anyone caught you in an armlock.
You’ll be out of there before anyone knows what happened, like Houdini, and it will feel easy, because you’ll be using leverage instead of strength.”

I’ve been filming this awhile now, and I’m proud to announce my “Ultimate Armlocks Escapes Course”.
Here’s why:
For the last couple years, I’ve been getting stories from guys all over the world, who’ve trained 10, 15, even 20 years, about how the Hidden Jiu-Their understanding of jiu has been completely transformed by the Jitsu knowledge that I share.-jitsu.
Their jiu suddenly changed.-jitsu It’s much more effective and efficient, and it feels much easier.
That is what I want for you.
And now I’d like to share with you 5 key concepts which, if you take the time to understand and apply (this course is designed to make it easy for you), you will have all the knowledge you need to escape any armlock with leverage instead of strength.
My students, especially the white belts who want to earn their blue belts tell me that the best thing you can do in training is to …. always …. be relaxed, and to learn how to be more effective with your technique.
The students will make up the difference by making up the 20-30% of the technique they don’t understand, or don’t know all the details for, with strength.
It is a terrible trade as you get nothing but a cheap one.-time tap here or there, meanwhile, you’re building terrible habits you’ll have to change down the road.
If you “muscle it” To achieve the effect, you need to create holes in your Jiu-jitsu. This is not only a challenge to learning proper technique, because you have to go back and fix your muscle memory later, but also… it’s dangerous.
It is dangerous to muscle and use sloppy techniques when fighting a stronger opponent.
The first is, you’ll wear out quicker. Since you never really know when a fight will be over until it’s over, your highest priority after staying safe is to conserve energy. If you’re too tired to fight, you’re in big trouble. Sloppy techniques are a quick way to burn yourself out.
The other thing is, if you’re fighting someone bigger and stronger, you need to know your techniques are 100% effective. Any weak spot, any sloppiness, can get you seriously maimed, or worse, if your techniques don’t work against someone bigger and stronger than you.
Basically, if you can’t make your techniques work in a way that feels easy, you’re doing something wrong.
To escape any kind of armlock, here are 5 key concepts to grasp and master.
Key #1: Every attack in Jiu-jitsuAn armlock is more complex than defense.
It is important to remember that attackers need multiple elements to complete their attack.
There’s closing the distance.
The set-up.
Create a connection
In the event of a choke, putting yourself in a position to isolate the joint or close the arteries.
In short, the chain that leads to success is made up of many pieces. “complete” Attack, from start to end.
Key #2: Each attack involves multiple steps. If you can kill one of these steps, it is a key. “links in the chain”If you do this, the entire attack can be stopped. You can end the chain.
The defense or escape is always easier than the attack.
That’s why so many great jiu-jitsu Teachers speak of defenses and escapes as the foundation for jiu-jitsu.
Staying safe is not only more important than being able to attack, but it’s much more simple and easy.
Key #3: There is a way to end an attack at each step that makes it really easy for both you and your opponent.
When it comes to arm locks, there’s always a set-Up and some movements to isolate the joints (either the elbow or shoulder).

I can show how to eliminate the elements your opponent needs to do this at every stage of the chain. This will make them pay a high price to get anywhere and cause them to feel discouraged until they give up.
Key #4: If you frustrate your opponent by taking away what they need, each time they attack, they will not only be wasting their physical energy but also psychologically they will feel the need to give up.
Most people can’t handle failure. Repetition of failure is especially difficult. Especially when they don’t understand how the hell you’re doing what you’re doing, and they’re confused.
Do you know how easy it is to turn the tables on someone when they are exhausted, frustrated so bad they feel desperate, and confused about what’s happening? It is so easy. You won’t believe it ‘till you feel it.
Key #5: There are also ways to defend and escape that force your opponents down very narrow decision tunnels, so they’re trapped in a “heads you win, tails they lose” scenario.
By cutting off the different options they have, you can force them to take one you’re already prepared for.
I’ll show you all the details in the course.
You don’t need much to escape amrlock. All you have to do is apply the knowledge.
These are the 5 fundamental principles. “truths” You must understand this course before you can master its escapes.
However, having been on tour for a while now, I can confidently state that not one in 1000 black belts seems to be able to apply these concepts to their game even though they have heard them before.
These concepts may seem intuitive on the surface. These concepts are often discussed by people. “pay lip service”. They are not easy to apply. Even fewer people know all the details that make it seem effortless and easy.
If you’d like me to walk you through how to apply each of these to the following armlocks, in a way that makes escaping and defending so easy your mind will be blown, then click the link below to discover the hidden details right now.
