A volunteer will demonstrate the use of guided imagery with hypnosis as a means of performing brief therapy. This demonstration may be performed with a volunteer who has a behavioral or physical problem. The use of anchors will also be demonstrated.
Educational Objectives
- Describe the elements necessary for a guided imaging session.
- Explain to your client why these elements must be tailored to him.
- Discuss how hypnosis plays a central role in guided imagery.
