John W. O’HalloranPT, DPT. OCS. ATC (Retired), CSCS. Cert MDT. He is a licensed physical therapist and athletic trainer with over 30 years experience in rehabilitation. American Physical Therapy Association certified him as an orthopaedic clinic specialist. He was awarded his position-Temple University offers professional Doctor of Physical Therapist. Dr. O’Halloran Is the sole owner O’Halloran Rehabilitation is a division O’Halloran Consulting, LLC. John He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and currently resides at Summerfield, North Carolina.
Dr. O’Halloran He also served as the director of sports medicine/physical therapy at Southeastern Orthopedics, Greensboro, North Carolina.-GOSMC Properties, LLC owner. He has worked in many settings, including hospitals and universities. Dr. O’Halloran Also, he was a former instructor in orthopedics at Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro. He was certified by the McKenzie Institute for the mechanical diagnosis and treatment spines in 1999. Dr. O’Halloran In the Blankenship Method, he is also a certified functional ability evaluator. His exceptional evaluation and treatment skills make him a sought-after clinical instructor for Topics related to athletic training and physical therapy. His talks have included topics like sport specific rehabilitation of shoulder and spine, as well as treatment for foot- and ankle injuries.
Dr. O’Halloran He has completed overseas studies in sports therapy and orthopedics in Australia and New Zealand. His post-graduate work included manipulation therapy. His extensive clinical experience, desire to learn more and advanced post-graduate training allow him to provide complex musculoskeletal treatment and rehabilitation. John was awarded the 2014 recipient of the chapter’s Excellence in Clinical Practice Award by the North Carolina Physical Therapy Association. He was also the North Carolina University’s Clinical Instructor of Year. for 2015.
Dr. O’Halloran’s investigational work on the earlier facilitation of gait in the total Knee Arthroplasty patient has been cited in peer reviewed journal publication.
