Fstorm render and 3ds max are used to teach the course. We have used all kinds of rendering engines and programs. This combination is what we chose to use for the course. 3dsMax is by far the best rendering software. But, the course doesn’t require you to remodel anything. We will show you how to import models from Rhino, Revit, and SketchUp.
The program most of us use in school is the “school” program “learn” Vray was the first. Vray is our first choice. We feel it’s time to upgrade to something more efficient, quicker and cheaper. Fstorm render is the course’s tool of choice. This render engine produces high quality renders at a price that’s affordable for all students, just $30. For studios and agencies, the $1180 Vray is not necessary.
