Kenneth Carter, PhD, ABPP, A board-Oxford College of Emory University – Certified clinical psychologist and professor of Psychology in Atlanta, Georgia. Before that, Dr. Carter Assisting senior research scientist in The Epidemic Intelligence Service is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For more than twenty years, he has been working as a psychotherapist and researcher. During that time, he won awards from the National Institutes of Health, National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, and University of Michigan.
