The wave frequencies of the audio tracks determine which section is divided.
Lifeflow uses three types of waves.
• Alpha
• Theta
• Delta

The tracks are in 10 CDs and you are supposed to start with level 10 all the way down to level 1.
Level 10 is the highest level. Next comes levels 9, 8, 7 and 7, which use high Alpha waves.
There are levels 6, 5, 4 and 4 with lower theta waves. Then you reach the deepest level 3, 2, and 1, which offer the lowest but most suitable for meditation, the alpha waves.

Level 10 is the highest and recommended level to start at. You can then go on to level 9, and then level 8, and continue that sequence until you reach level 1.

Lifeflow 10 allows you to relax, taking you from relaxing alpha waves to high beta waves.
