- Each training block will have a slightly different set if goals and priorities (with the appropriate adjustments in exercise selection, volume, split workout, etc.).
- Some blocks have Upper/Lower 4-day splits, others are 5-day splits, and some are Legs/Push/Pull type 6 day splits
- Lower volume training blocks (lower rep strength) will occasionally separate higher volume sets. This leaves you refreshed physically and mentally for higher volume blocks.
- Each training block is designed to complement the previous one and the one that comes next.
