Maxwell Perkins, MS, OTR/L, An occupational therapist, he has extensive experience in interdisciplinary clinical management with a focus on the elderly population. His clinical focus is on effective intervention and assessment of memory/cognition issues in older adults in a range of settings, including acute inpatient/outpatient and skilled nurse facilities. Maxwell He is now an independent consultant/educator. He was previously the rehabilitation education director for two large healthcare organizations. He gives continuing education workshops both nationally and locally. He also serves as an adjunct professor in Pacific University’s Occupational Therapy program in Forrest Grove. He is also a member of Oregon’s Occupational Therapy Licensure Board.
