Merrily Brome, MA, ABSNP, She is a nationally-certified school neuropsychologist and continues to hold certification in elementary and special education. She has experience in the Education profession for 43 years with over 2,000 hours of experience the Pre-High school to high school Merrily has a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University in elementary and special education. She was a student at Duquesne University in elementary and special education. the Her first job was as a special education teacher in a middle-school. She received her graduate degree in School Psychology from Towson State University (MD). She has also practiced this discipline. for 30 years. She has been a teacher in a variety of school settings, including high school and preschool. She was part of a team that assessed preschool special education students. for For several years she continued to train in order to improve her skills. the diagnosing autism spectrum disorders. Additional graduate work was completed at Loyola University in Maryland and Johns Hopkins University. She has also completed a year of graduate work at Loyola University (Md.) and Johns Hopkins University.-Post-graduation certification program for long duration offered by the American Board of School Neuropsychology. One area of special professional interest is the Neurodevelopment, learning, and behavior after childhood trauma. Merrily A adjunct professor for the University of Missouri, where she taught and developed several units for graduate level coursework on “Learning and the Brain.” She has also presented the Annual Conference on Advancing School Mental Health sponsored by the Center for School Mental Health
