For the record, I believe EVERYONE SHOULD BE TREATED AS A DRUG-FREE ATLETE.
It doesn’t matter what kind of training you are doing, it is better to make sure that your body works optimally from the inside and that your training is maximized on the outside.
You can have as many “extra-curricular supplements” You can do as much as you like, but if your body isn’t treated as an entire organism, optimizing recovery, controlling inflammation, and balancing hormonal levels – it will BREAK DOWN very quickly. Your gains are short-term and temporary.
Every gym has a lot of juice monkeys who are taking stuff and not growing.
They are the “eat more protein, lift more weight approach”Sorry folks, but the days of dumb meatheads are OVER.

In fact, I have always preferred working with drug-free trainees because it’s more of a challenge and requires a more thoughtful & intelligent approach. If we want them beat their drug-free counterparts, we must analyze each aspect! They are often more open to being taught intelligently. “whole body” approach.
Professional bodybuilders can use drugs or not, but they are the same as you. While we may have different caloric needs and training loads, all of us are trying to get 100% from our bodies. We push our limits, limit injuries, do as much as we can, then get back to it all again.
I am one of the smarter bodybuilders. I focus on long-term recovery. This is the key to muscle growth. The quicker you can recover, you will spend more time anabolic (growing). To stimulate more growth, you need to improve your recovery speed.

Weights #1 Obsession with lifting heavy!
Did you know that warm up sets make you feel the muscle more than those on your actual workout? “working sets”? Isn’t that true? Lighter weights are more efficient than those who are heavier. Why do you think this is?
One reason is that you aren’t focusing your attention on stabilizing weight. Instead, you focus all of your attention on moving it from one point to the next. You likely use every muscle in the vicinity to get it to move, and it is much smaller than with a lighter weight. The problem is that TENSION has shrank everywhere but the working muscle.
Your body adapts to your environment and uses whatever it can to stay safe. If you don’t have optimal muscle tension, you won’t see any improvements in your arms or legs. If you can’t “feel” If your muscles aren’t working properly, you won’t have the ability to exhaust them enough for the hormone, metabolic, and nervous system responses that will stimulate muscle growth.
The Solution:
Tension! Tension! Tension! NOT Heavy Weight! Intent!
Your muscles don’t know how much weight you are lifting. This is a common refrain. They don’t know if you are lifting 10 lbs or 100. The ONLY things muscles know is TORQUE, or for us less scientifically-inclined, tension.
Increase TENSION to increase muscle growth.
“WHAT ON EARTH is he talking about?”
I bet you didn’t know there was a BREAKTHROUGH way to reduce the weight of the muscle while keeping the tension the same. Intent allows you to selectively fatigue all the muscles in your body without having it burn out your entire body.
This sounds almost too good to true. Intent is available for you to try right now.
Intent is a tool that helps you to change the tension by The technique is almost incomprehensible to an outside observer. As you do an exercise, your feet or hands pull inwards or push outwards. This different motion causes your muscles to fire in a different manner and makes you sore for the next day.

We all have “strong” All body parts. They seem to grow no matter how much you do. They grow faster than the rest. Ever wonder why different parts of your body don’t develop at the same pace? Imagine if there was a way for you to improve your ability to develop at the same pace. “weak” Your body will grow the same way as your other parts “strong” Which body part is it? Breaking Crappy Lifting Technique & Re-Training Movement Patterns
It is important to replace old, crappy movements with better ones. This is the #1 reason why you can’t grow, for any lifter, even serious bodybuilders. The key to growth is knowing the OPTIMAL range, which is how to lengthen (extend), and contract (contract) a particular muscle. These ranges can be more complicated than you might think.
The extremes of a muscle’s range of motion are where it is the weakest. To develop untapped and untrained muscles fibers, it is important to put your muscle in these full ranges. These weak areas will help to maximize the strength of the whole muscle. It’s almost like the worst player in the team becomes better, even if the increase is small, it benefits the entire team.
I’ll show you in a few minutes the anatomical functions of each muscle. You will learn how to manipulate everything starting from your shoulder position, hip orientation, spine extension or flexion, wrist position, elbow position to isolate. “weak” You can say goodbye to your body parts forever.
It is as simple to learn the right technique than it is to get the wrong one. You don’t have to settle for mediocre results.!

#3 Reason for Weights “Have I done enough? Or Should I do more?”
The single most important factor for increasing strength and size is to carry a set until you can only use 100 percent of your momentary abilities. This is what you should be doing. “point of failure” If another rep is not possible despite your best efforts, you will be able to pass the test. “anabolic threshold!” This is the goal of any set or workout. It must be exceeded to achieve NEW GROWTH. You will see a significant increase in your results once you can routinely surpass the anabolic threshold.
The Solution:
NOS â„¢– a.k.a. Neurological Overload Sets
Training in neurological overload is directly responsible to new growth spurts or overcoming plateaus. The fourth and final set for a given exercise is usually the last. We perform four consecutive drops sets in increments of 20% and attempt to complete at least 5-6 reps each weight.
NOS â„¢ has proven more effective than any other intensifier technique – beats everything else, hands down. NOS â„¢ is a great way to overload the muscle, create metabolic debt, as well as overload the nervous system to force adaptation. Lifting weights stimulates the endocrine to produce more muscle-building chemicals, such as testosterone, IGF-1, and growth hormone. This creates the ideal biological environment to support muscle growth. Which workouts produce the best anabolic response?
