Michael H. Flynn, J.D., Ph.D., After 25 years of independent practice as a psychologist, Dr. Flynn A license was also granted to be an attorney. Since the middle 1980’s, in addition to general practice as a psychologist working with adults and couples, Dr. Flynn He performed over 1000 psychological evaluations and provided expert witness for litigants and defendants in matters of disputed custody, criminal defense and competency and personal injury, employment disputes and testamentary capacity. Dr. Flynn He went to law school. He became a member of The State Bar of Texas 2008
Dr. Flynn He stopped providing psychological services, and he has restricted his professional activities only to the practice law, which assists mental health professionals in the state. TexasDr. specializes in a wide range of legal issues including responding to licensing board complaints, answering subpoenas or depositions, handling business matters, and dealing with a variety legal concerns that are specific to mental healthcare practice. Dr. Flynn He also represents clients in family matters and offers seminars on mental health throughout the state.
Dr. Flynn His Bachelor of Science degree was in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. In 1970, he earned his Master of Science degree and doctorate of clinical psychology from University of North. Texas In 1980, he received his Juris Doctorate. Texas Wesleyan Uni-Versity School of Law (Now Texas A & M Law School) in 2007. He has taught psychology, personality theory, and abnormal psychology at the School of Psychology in 2007. The University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University, and Holy Family College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been traveling around the world since 2009 Texas Teaching seminars on risk management, mental health law and other topics all across the country.
