About the Course
This course was carefully designed to give you a deeper understanding and to enhance your body awareness, flexibility, and overall movement practice.Â
There are three main parts to the course:Â
Acrobatics:
 We will be diving from the technique to the depths the imagination. We’ll explore many progressions, acrobatic movement sequences, tasks, and improvisational scores. We will learn how acrobatics can flow and how to be more free as movers.
While the main focus of this course will be cartwheels which we will cover in depth, there are many other skills you will acquire along the way.
