Module 3: Infusing Yourself With the Power of Nature — Bone Marrow Bathing & the Ancient Chinese Medicine Wheel
Many ancient cultures explored the power of the directions — often referred to as the Medicine Wheel.
During this session, Dr. Jahnke will share an easy practice, Marrow Bathing Qigong, to help you better understand your own inherent power — the medicine within — and to help you understand and cultivate the powers of the directions of the Medicine Wheel.
As you’ll discover, Marrow Bathing is very easy to remember — so you can practice it in natural settings like parks, forests, beaches, and mountains.
