You get a guide when you buy a TV. We get an instruction manual when we buy any new electrical appliance or almost any other new item. I was not able to find the instruction manual for how to use my brain during my first half of life. It did many things I didn’t want it to. My brain kept doing the same things, even though I could see how stupid, that led to unwanted thoughts, behaviors, and habits. It baffled my brain.
My first introduction to learning how my brain can make me happy was when I started hypnosis as a way to overcome some problems in my young, troubled life. Since then, I have been a strong proponent of hypnosis as well as neuro linguistic programming, emotion intelligence, and other forms of modern personal growth. As I have studied more modern psychological technologies over the years, my life has been transformed. These technologies have also helped other people to transform their lives, as I have seen through my individual consultations and seminars all over the globe.

I couldn’t help laughing. I was right there with him. He frowned and looked at me and said in a less apathetic, more serious tone “Don’t you think you should be taking my problems a bit more seriously Mr Eason?
”“No way.” I responded, “You are taking your problems too seriously for the both of us. If I wanted to be really good at being depressed, I would take it really seriously. There are other therapists around here who will pander to you in that way and take your problems very seriously; but I won’t.”
We sat together for three very long seconds in silence.
“Look…” I said: “I run marathons, half-marathons and other long distance races regularly and I consider myself to have a lot of endurance. But that is nothing compared to the level of endurance that you must have to have gone to the same psychiatrist for 5 years! Having gone for two years and having little success, what on earth possessed you to go for another 3 years?”I knew that he and I were making stunning progress when he came into my consulting rooms to meet me four weeks later and he made a joke at my expense, that’s right, he openly mocked me. He was making great progress, I knew that. He felt more confident, self-assured and he was free from many other things that kept him from being his best. First, let me say that all these articles are punctuated by my unique brand of humor. It’s a lot of tongue in cheek. I love to have fun. Personal development should be enjoyable and fun. You can use the articles in ways that are most comfortable for you. There may be some aspects of it that you don’t agree with or don’t like, where as other parts seem to resonate with you deeply and wonderfully. My work is designed to assist, not dictate, your experiences and skills.-esteem. As I have made life-changing changes, I have heard a similar story many times. It goes like this: A young man runs down the street carrying a violin. He stops to frantically ask an elderly gentleman near him. “How do I get to the Albert Hall?” The old man gazes at the young man who is desperate and somberly says, “Practice, practice, practice.” It’s possible to develop your personal skills and take control of your brain. My brain is in top shape and I am happy because I spend so much time studying, practicing, as well as keeping it healthy. We train and practice our skills with all other things we wish to be proficient in. You will find that you can improve your life by becoming an expert in using your brain. Let the information wash over you like warm, soothing waves wash over your feet while you’re on holiday. It is possible to allow it to access your deep unconscious mind. This will make the information you are learning become part of your everyday life.-As natural as it sounds, self-esteem is also natural. Those who complete these exercises will have the greatest success. Napoleon Hill is one of my favorite authors. “Your ship can NOT come in unless you first send it out” How many ships did you send out today? You can send another ship by completing the exercises at the end each day. This book will help you send a lot more ships out there. Soon, they will return feeling renewed.-being. This book will help you to succeed. You wouldn’t run ten meters a day to prepare for a marathon. Push yourself to the limit and take responsibility for your actions.
