Adrianne For the past 10 years, she has been passionately teaching Pilates and specialized movement. She received her degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis on Exercise Science. After completing her studies, she became a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, certified strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA, as well as a 200RYT certified yoga teacher. In addition to working one-on-1 with people in boutique-style studios, she also served as an adjunct professor in exercise science and was the fitness specialist at NASA Langley Research Center. She is currently the exercise physiologist at a local center for eating disorders where she is creating their wellness program.
