You can find us at phdeadlift.com The approach to virtual coaching differs from other areas of the industry. Almost without exception, we’ve found that our athletes are most successful in the long run when given the tools to plan and program for themselves. Virtual coaching is about building a long-term relationship with your coach.-Online relationship: Before accepting new clients, we require an application in writing.
Clients accepted for training will need to send logs and training videos. No matter if your primary focus is strength or body improvement, these materials are essential. The next step is to review your goals, training methods, and most recent videos. We’ll then prepare a discussion list. This is also a chance to tell us more about you, your background and your training experiences.
The program is everything.-inclusive, You will receive nutrition, training, and supplementation guidelines. You must submit a check every week.-It includes your training history for the week, your food log, and videos showing your most strenuous work sets. This allows us to continually evaluate your progress and technique. Each check will be completed.-We will make any necessary changes to your program.
Obviously, This is a lengthy process. Only dedicated people are allowed to apply. We prefer competitive powerlifters who are within 16 weeks of a meet. However, we will consider all clients.
Programming Design Customized
Some people don’t need hands-on guidance — they just need a head start. We recommend a customized program if you fit this description. You won’t receive ongoing support like you would from a full-time coach, but don’t be fooled: This process can be very difficult. You’ll need to complete a detailed application, and provide videos of your lifts for assessment.

Although I am enjoying great success in powerlifting, it is not without its challenges. I understand how difficult it can be to get stronger – no matter whether you’re a raw beginner or a seasoned veteran.
