There’s a network marketing phenomenon I call The Accidental Leader. These guys are everywhere and they’re hard to miss. One of these guys may be you.
Your product is sold by someone, and you’re the boss. You’re the boss.

The Accidental Leader is no clue. They were lucky to find their job and now depend on the product for success. Sometimes, they are lucky enough to be able to win. “team” (i.e. (i.e., a group of people who aren’t given direction) manages to sell well. However, turnover is high.
