He is also an adjunct instructor at Tufts Medical Center’s Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Quinn Is the author of Wiley Concise guides to mental health: Bipolar Disorder The Depression Sourcebook , 2nd edition. He has presented seminars on depression, bipolar disorder, and graduate schools of socio work at hospitals, state societies, as well as in states. for clinical social work, as well as to hundreds of clinicians in the United States. He has appeared on both national and local television to discuss bipolar disorder. He has also been a guest host on numerous radio talk show shows. Dr. Quinn earned his master’s degree in social work at the University of Chicago and his PhD in clinical social work at New York University. He holds a postgraduate certificate.-Graduate certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Beth Israel Medical Center, New York City.
