These meditative ladders connect the three pillars to yoga practice: meditation, breath work and physical asana. Each 30-Minute class includes an intention like Love, Letting go or Happiness. This word is the center of our thoughts and movements, and it weaves through our flow.
As traditional Ladder Flows do, we use yoga postures in a way that allows you to find your calm and meditative state. Instead of moving fast, you can create a fitness routine.-We move slowly, hold poses longer and are more focused on the present moment. Each flow begins with five seconds of holding foundational postures to warm the body and bring awareness to our breath. We then add more complex movements to the flow by repeating these holds and postures.
These sequences can be used to increase strength and awareness in your practice, and to help you find balance and calmness during your busy day.
