Jon Douglas Carlson, Ed.D. was a Distinguished Professor of Adlerian Psychology as educator-scholar, psychologist, athlete, husband, & father. Jon Douglas Carlson was born November 2, 1945 in Elgin Illinois. He was a proud and active father to five children, and was later married to For 50 years, he has been with the love of all his life. Jon He was a prolific scholar, teacher, college professor, psychologist, competitor athlete and advocate for helping others. In 1971, he received his first doctorate from Wayne State University, Ed.D.
