Lynn Hoffman, A.C.S.W., An internationally recognized theorist and lecturer in family therapy, he has written numerous books and articles. Techniques for Family Therapy, Foundations in Family Therapy, Milan Systemic Family Therapy Exchange of Voices. She is currently the Consultant to North Central Human Services’ Center for Collaborative Studies in Gardner, Mass. and a member of the Smith School of Social Work’s doctoral program. She is an emeritus professor at the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy. Hoffman received the Life Achievement Award for Distinguished Contribution in the Field of Family Therapy from the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy in 1988. Hoffman is an advisor editor for Family Process. She earned her M.S.W. She graduated in 1971 from Adelphi School of Social Work.
