Despite looking a lot like a “pimple-faced kid” in my photos, I’m far from new to the internet marketing game. Actually, it was 7 years ago that I started in affiliate marketing.
People saw me as one among them “quick risers”. Over $800,000. was my total income for the first two years. I was a success, right up to the point when my business partner cheated me and I lost everything. Since then all I’ve wanted to do is rebuild myself. I was failing to succeed up until May 2014.
That’s the date I accidentally got my first SEO client. I was referred to them accidentally. by a business owner that I helped out as a favour… yet I knew nothing about SEO.
Once they had sent the first payment, I felt like adrenaline rushing into my blood. This model works, now it’s time to scale.
Since then, not only did I turn that agency into a 6 figure business and travel to 8 different countries last year while running it, but I’ve helped several other people do the same through my 2,500 member Facebook community and blog.

However, it wasn’t easy.
It was not easy to get that first client.
It was not enough to accept that I was doing wrong.
This led to an epic story of quick idea switching. I was trying to find an answer. “idea that worked”.
It went on for another 2 years.
Maybe I’ll build a tool to sell, which lead me to start learning coding. Maybe, I’ll build a web design or PPC agency. Maybe I’ll start a niche info marketing business. Maybe, maybe, maybe.
It was mindset issues, and I knew it, but I wasn’t sure how to fix it.
My momentum became sluggish after several failures. My confidence was at an all new low.
I was able to get back on track thanks to a client referral. That’s all it took.
When I knew that this was what I wanted to do, my body began to sag.
I’ve tried lumpy mail, turns out the response rates aren’t nearly as high as people say. It’s important to follow up.
I’ve tried cold calling, it’s boring and time consuming, but if you have a good offer you can get appointments.
I’ve tried rank and rent sites, they’re a terrible approach for starting out. Bad SEO’s, like myself when starting out, have a bad habit of choosing overly competitive keywords without the experience or budget to rank for them, and when they do rank – turns out business owners don’t throw money at you, you need to cold call them and sell it to them.
I’ve tried Facebook ads and funnels, you need to invest a lot of time into creating and testing the funnel with ads. This takes time to find your first client.
And not only have I tried and failed with this stuff several times myself, I’ve helped students overcome the exact same things.

It’s not.
There’s only 2 things that quantify as productive work for running an agency:
Acquisition of Clients
Sales
That wasn’t easy to accept. I’m a “hustler”, I work 12+ hours per day, why wasn’t I getting results?
Now, think about how much time you were spending prospecting. How much time was it that I spent doing outreach?
This is what I ask my students and business associates when I speak with them.
To build a 6 figure SEO company, this is what’s needed.
Of course it wasn’t as simple as that. There’s an art to cold emailing, lumpy mail, and any form of advertising – but I’d actually learn that art if I practiced repeatedly.
You see, there’s two types of coaches I’ve found in the SEO space…
They are technical heroes. They don’t realize how hard it is to do what their do and make it seem easy by giving advice. “go send some cold emails with a video analysis”.
While their advice is brilliant, it gives little help to someone that isn’t exactly like them.
The other category is the very high-ranking teachers. They’ll give you every little detail about everything. They usually won’t have that same strict direction the technical superheroes have, but you’ll have information on everything.
The problem with OTT teachers is that you are left overwhelmed and asking questions. “but what should I do?”. There’s so much to go through that it’s not easy to start.
Neither of these are right, but they’re so close.
Nobody was going to take out all of the content. Here is what you need to know.
Like you don’t need a PBN or any of this fancy stuff until you have a client.
So that’s what I decided to do.

Week 4 – Closing
Once you’ve got leads from your outreach, this weeks webinar will show you how to turn them into a paying client. You’ll learn:
The sales funnel to take a prospect from lead to paying client which gives you a repeatable process to follow that’s proven to work for SEO so you don’t attempt the sale too soon or late
This process works completely over the phone, so you don’t need to travel to meet clients. You can even do it remotely from another country.
How to create a proposal which builds trust and establishes competence, with my copy-and-paste proposal template. by myself and students to close deals of upwards of $1,000/month, so you can be 100% confident going into any sales call that you’ve got a presentation that can close deals and position you correctly
What to say over the phone. I also have copy-and-paste scripts that will allow you to sound like an expert right away. “umm’s” “uhhs” From your calls
What to say if they ask you for testimonials or example sites, and how you can avoid this question even coming up 90% of the time, so you don’t have to spend 6 months building example sites to get clients
How to repeatedly ask for the sale and overcome objections, without sounding like an used car salesman. This will allow you to confidently push the sale without feeling strange and not worry about what to do if they raise any objection.
Before I devised this funnel, I was unable to close more than $24,000 worth of deals. Several students have also used this funnel to close deals in excess of $1,000. If you can’t sell, you won’t get clients, and this will teach anyone – even a shy introvert like myself, to start closing clients.
Week 5 – Delivering Your Services
After you’ve got your first client, you need to know how to rank them. This is what we cover in this weeks training, where you’ll learn:
What are trust links and how to build them, so you don’t get your clients stuck in a page 2 sandbox
This client link building blueprint will give you a breakdown on each type of link your clients require so that you can rank them quickly
These are the essentials of local onsite optimization so that you can save time and get the most out of your link-building campaigns
How I build PBN links including a breakdown of safely using anchor texts in 2016 so you don’t get your clients penalised or sandboxed but get the best out of your PBNs
How to build “safety net” Links to diversify your backlink profile, anchor text profile, and your PBN profile. This will allow you to optimise higher with your PBNs without a penalty or sandbox
Delivering results is the only way to keep clients happy for at least six months. If you were unable to deliver results and a small $1,000/m client quit after 3 months, you’ve lost out on a minimum of $3,000 – based on a 6 month client length, which is less than my client average.
Week 6 – Managing Your Clients
As well as delivering services, you’ve got to deliver reports to the client, invoice them, and manage the relationship with this. In this week, you’ll learn:
How to track the results of your clients and create automated monthly reports. This will allow you to save time and avoid having to fiddle with all the tools.
How to bill and take payments from your clients even if you’re non-Technical so that you can easily set up recurring payments and withdraw money from clients without any questions or stress
How to make your clients like you so much they never want to leave (presuming you deliver results) so you’re not stuck trying to find new clients every 3-6 Months
What if instead of constantly replacing clients every six months, you could double the time that a client stays with you? You could even triple your income! An additional $6,000. If you retained one single $1,000 per client for 12 consecutive months instead of six, that’s an additional $6,000. If you did this for 5 clients, that’s an extra $30,000 you would have otherwise lost.
Week 7 – Multiply Your Clients
This is what I believe to be the easiest way to scale from 4 figures to 5 figures, multiplying what you’re getting from each of your clients. In this week, you’ll learn:
How to turn 1 client into 3 – a simple strategy you can copy to get more clients without spending hours on outreach
How to turn your SEO client into a pay per lead client, switch mediums, and multiply what they’re paying you so you’re not entirely relying on SEO and can make a lot more money per client (while making them significantly more too)
How to get your clients to buy more from you and what to do to make it happen.
Referral strategy for turning your clients into brand advocates.-To-Buy leads for you so you can just sit back and wait for new leads to come in, without needing to constantly do outreach
Imagine one client paying you $1,000, and turning it into $3,000. Imagine converting one client from paying you $1,000 to $3,000. Now imagine doing the same with five clients. You would make $15,000/month instead of $5,000 per month. It’s not easy, but there’s a process that you’ll learn in this weeks webinar.
Week 8 – Outsourcing
To continue growing the business though, you can’t waste your time doing all of the work, you need a team. In this weeks training, you’ll learn:
Find the best VA type for your business level (my personal resources) to save you the time and effort of selecting the wrong one.

If you get sick of clients, or just want to diversify your type of income, I’m a big fan of affiliate SEO and breakdown how I do that in week 9’s training. You’ll learn:
How to make pay per lead affiliates to diversify your client income, and to utilise your existing PBNs
Find high-paying lead gen affiliate offers. Get paid for just generating leads and calls. No sales required
How to pick easy keywords so you don’t need a huge PBN or budget to rank for them
