Dara Torres, age 41, was the 2008 Beijing Games’ host. “oldest swimmer in Olympic history”. She was able to take home three silvers, beating other children her age.

Let me explain –
A GPS (Global Positioning Satellite), may be installed in your car. What you may not know is — it needs to link up with at least three satellites… before it can give you driving directions.
Now, if only one of these three links gets knocked out — your GPS stops working. The dreaded GPS stop working may occur if the link becomes weak. “searching for satellites…” You can send a message as you drive around in circles and get lost.
This can lead to a loss of time, energy, and fuel. This scenario can also age your car.
Now – through my intense research, and while reading an article on tennis legend Bjorn Borg many years ago… I’ve discovered the human body is very similar to this system of three satellites.
Your body is like a car. Your brain is the driver. Your brain acts as the GPS.
The Three “satellites” that guide you on how to move your body are your… visual system, inner ear balance system (vestibular) and body movement awareness system (proprioception).
If any of these are not available, “satellites” Link weakness or loss can result in weakening of links-This is-alignment… Your body can react with pain, stiffness, inflexibility, and a loss of strength. It’s your body’s way of telling you, “something’s wrong” Oder “I’m getting mixed signals”.

The Connect Between Vision And Aging
You see, here’s the funny thing…
Our sense of vision is more important than any other sense. It’s completely taken for granted… And in many ways, misunderstood!
For instance, did you know… When your vision is poor, your body can react in the following ways?

Fact is — our vision is more important than most people think. It is a key component of almost all that you do.
Professional athletes are aware of this. That’s why “eye training” It’s an important part of their exercise routine. It’s why athletes from the MLB, NBA, NFL, PGA, UFC, FIFA and X-Z Games-Improved health.
Your vision is vital, but how important?
Take this into consideration. With my clients, I measure 27 elements.
It’s not just about visual clarity. That’s what everyone focuses on.
When you really think about it, you realize your vision is also…
Depth perception – seeing objects at different distances
Peripheral range – seeing around you without moving your eyes
Saccadic movement – how fast and accurately your eyes move when you read or scan
Visual acuity – how clearly you see things
Color and contrast discrimination – seeing separate objects
Actually, your vision has an impact on your brain and how you think.
It’s amazing, just think about it. Think about what your eyes do when reading. They process information. You can have problems with your focus, cognition, and energy if they don’t do it at the optimal level.

The Modern World was Designed to Destroy Ourselves Vision
It’s obvious that a lot of the things we do in 21st-century are actually ruining our vision, and it is worse than we could ever imagine.
And as I’ve already said — when our vision is impaired, it can lead to chronic pain, injuries and speeding up the aging process in our bodies!
The The most obvious “bad guy” This is modern-day office work.
You are putting your eyes in danger if you spend 8-10 hours per day in front of a computer. “visual cage”. You stare at the same screen every day, from the same distance all day and it’s this same sized “box” you’re looking at, day-Day, in-out. It’s a narrow tunnel from your eyeballs to the monitor.And because you don’t give your eyes the “workout” they need… you’re essentially “starving” You can’t look at anything beyond the car on the way home.
But it gets worse…
Which TV do you watch next when you get back from work? Your flatscreen TV? Your iPad, iPhone or iPod? Or your bedroom TV before falling asleep?
