I had been stuck in a practice rut since a while, not knowing what I was doing and making up my mind based on what I remembered from my teachers’ past. I wasn’t having great results and felt disillusioned about myself.
I have made amazing progress since joining your course and I absolutely love all the things I do now. This is such an incredible relief.
The challenge of challenging myself has made it fun again. I’m seeing more results quickly than I thought possible.
My future is bright, exciting and promising.
You are an amazing teacher. You inspire people to THINK. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Lisa, Australia
“I have been playing the piano for 6 years. I studied a little at the Conservatory as a child, but then gave up and started again.-started). I had a Suzuki teacher/colleague/friend for 3 yrs. I’ve completed all the books.-5. I then opened my piano studio. I was quickly flooded with students, mostly children. I kept studying: I completed 3 Juilliard Online Courses and continued to learn: Piano Marvel, Piano Maestro Flowkey, Simply Piano. Yousician. Synthesia. …. Great. However, your instructional skills are still the most important. ProPractice course. It’s by far the best that I have ever seen. Your unique ability to explain and describe what is needed is unmatched. Your abilities as a professor are unmatched. Your mentorship is my most valuable investment in any course. Again, thanks and best wishes.
Maria Rosa, Mexico
“Dr. Wright’s ProPractice Series is a great source of technical insight on piano practice and performance; however, it is so much more. A source of motivation and inspiration for pianists of all ages and skill levels. Moreover, the large quantity of high-quality videos is an excellent opportunity for hobbyists as well as aspiring professional pianists to discover a wide variety of repertoire through the detailed demonstrations. All in all, I recommend it wholeheartedly.”
Jonathan, USA
“I came upon Josh’s ProPractice videos as I was searching internet tutorials on the Chopin Etude I was playing then. I found it really amazing. The video went over all the difficult parts of the piece and Josh explained how he tackled each of them. I felt I really improved after implementing the tips explained in the video. The repertoire covered is beautiful, with all the pieces that one dreams of playing!”
– Pénélope, France
“Josh’s ProPractice videos are concise, informative, and easy to follow. Josh goes in-depth step by step. He gives a lot of tips and advice during the videos on how to practice smarter. And the best part: you get to have a private tutor at your convenience anytime of the day. I’ve learned a lot from him. Josh is an amazing teacher and mentor.”

“I am a self taught pianist, who has struggled for many years to play most of my favorite pieces, (Chopin) on a technical level. With Josh’s lessons, I have been able to understand the mystery behind Chopin’s genius..sometimes how making a simple rotation of the hand, can mean the difference between 4 hours of unsuccessful practice and five mins of brilliance. My hats off to this outstanding teacher”.

“Recently, my piano teacher stated that I had reached the early intermediate level due to significant practice in many aspects of piano (technique and sight reading) over the past two years. As an adult beginner, that was possible because I used a lot of the resources available to me. ProPractice Series and the VIP MasterClass Series by Dr. Josh Wright.
As many adult beginners, I searched Youtube for beginner-level videos to find the Dr. Josh WrightOver 60,000 people subscribe to the channel. He has posted many videos, including performance and technique videos. His viewers are well aware of this. I first started with scales and eventually watched many of these videos including one of my favorites, “Is It Too Late To Learn Piano?”
After reviewing Dr. Wright’s Youtube videos, I realized I needed more in depth instruction on piano technique, which led me to the ProPractice Series and then on to the VIP MasterClass Series.
Concerning the ProPractice These videos, called Technique Series, provide instruction on all scales. Each video was filled with valuable information. I found it extremely helpful in improving my piano skills.
