A quick discussion about my experience with demonstration interviews. A "client" A selection from those who volunteer will be made. There are thirty-A demonstration interview of about a minute will be conducted. Then, interaction between me, the client, and the group will take place.

Carl Rogers, Ph.D, American psychologist. He was one of the pioneers of the humanistic approach or client.-Psychology (a person-centered approach) Rogers is widely regarded to be one the founding fathers in psychotherapy research. In 1956, the American Psychological Association (APA), awarded Rogers the Award for Distinguished Scientific Contributions. Carl He received his Ph.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University in 1931. Rogers served as the president of the American Psychological Association and the American Association for Applied Psychology. He was also the American Academy of Psychotherapists. He has received eight honorary doctorates, the Humanist of the Year Award and the American Humanist Association’s Humanist of the Year Award. The American Psychological Association offered him two awards: the Distinguished Scientific Contribution award for research in teh field of psychotherapy, and the first Distinguished Professional Contribution Award. Rogers also received an Award of Professional Achievements award from the American Board of Professional Psychology. Rogers is either the author or coauthor.-Author of 12 books and many articles in psychological, educational, and psychiatric journals dating back to 1930.
