This system is best for daily or hourly charts. Dean uses the 4 hour charts personally, but the system can be used in any timeframe other than the 1 minute chart. The Material
The manual has 49 pages and, as Dean would expect, is well-written and comprehensive. It can be skipped for those who have previous experience in installation and charting.
There then follows a number of chapters on Support & Resistance, Trend lines, Round Numbers, Key Moving Averages and Candle formations. The majority of the material is well-explained and can be used as a guide for traders who are not familiar with trading.
The system has two set-ups, A & B. Both systems are very similar and are primarily based upon Bollinger bands and Stochastics. And, as mentioned above, Support & Resistance, Trend lines and Moving averages are also utilised to support the trade identification process.
Both Stops and entries are well defined. Targets are also based on Bollinger band so they are very clear.
For trading this system, it is recommended to use the 4 hour and daily timeframes. It does say that those who want more action can go down to the 15 or 1 hour timeframes.

The System
The system can be set up on any decent charting software that supports Bollinger band, moving averages and the Stochastic indicators.
Trade identification can be quite automated, at least 80%. This is because one’s interpretation of Trend lines, Support and Resistance and Candle formation comes into play. It is simple to know the difference between Entries or Stops, as Targets are based on Bollinger band locations.

Many of you know that we are unable to trade Daily candles because of timing. We therefore chose the 4 hour timeframe. There is no mention of which pairs this system is most suited to, so we decided to trade the same pairs as LMT. Forex Formula on, USD/CAD, NZD/USD, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, AUD/JPY, EUR/CAD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD & USD/JPY, would be appropriate.
