NUTS & BOLTS
- Training Schedule 4 weeks of structured programming with 6 sessions per week. Clients usually set aside 15–30 minutes per session.
- Lifetime access: Once you are done, Vitamin it’s yours for life, so you can go at your own pace and revisit the program as many times as you want.
- Equipment: None. You don’t need to lose weight, bar or do anything. You can do Vitamin Anywhere there is a little bit of open floor space.

The Vitamin Course helped me in many ways. First, my movements are more fluid and precise. I also found that the course improved my mobility. Last but not least, I am able to learn new moves faster and can see what I need to do to get it right. Many moves seemed difficult for me to master before the course. However, I now see how I could do them and can actually do them. “I can’t do that yet.”
Another thing that I noticed is that I used to train when it was time for me to exercise before I started the course. Now, I don’t exercise but I practice. I practice, not only when I work out but also at any time and with all my activities. It was a great course that I enjoyed immensely and I continue to enjoy it through my daily practice.

Improved Physical Control in Three Steps
1. The Daily Tutorial is available to view
You don’t have to decide which skills you want to practice every day. Each tutorial will show you how to perform each movement at your level. This makes it easy to keep your practice appropriate.
2. Daily Practice
Turn the video off, and get moving. Whether it’s five minutes or twenty, spend the time you have available moving your body with full, mindful attention to how each motion feels and what you can do to control it in finer detail.
3. Reflect and Share
It helps to put your experience into words, which will help you learn and understand from each practice session. That’s why we encourage you to post each day in our private Facebook group. Your coaches can give you advice and support.
What Movements will You Learn?
You’ll build control by practicing 24 targeted movements over the four weeks of the course. This isn’t nearly enough time to master each movement, which means you can revisit Vitamin Keep learning and improving.
Week 1
Get Friendly with The Floor
You’ll practice low movement patterns like rolling and crawling to build your vestibular sense and coordination.
Week 2
Coordinating Transitional Movements
You’ll work on locomotive and turning movements to develop strength and balance for smooth transitions.

Dynamic Movement Management
You’ll practice jumping and inverted movements to build your proprioception and agility.
Week 4
Smoothing out Combinations
You’ll combine movement elements to build confidence in executing complex movement patterns.
This practice will give you improved mobility, balance and overall kinesthetic awareness over four weeks.

What impact will this have on my other training programs?
This course was designed to work with any program you may be following. This course can be added to any warm.-You can either take up the sport or you can just practice it as an independent activity. “skill” session. It’s completely flexible.
What skills will you learn?
Vitamin This includes hand balancing, locomotion, and tumbling. But the goal isn’t to master any particular skill, so we like to keep each day a surprise so you can stay curious and enjoy each day.
How long does it take?
You’ll get the most out of this course if you can spend at least 30 minutes on your daily practice. But we know you’re busy, and some days that might be tough. You can use whatever time you have. Even a 10 minute time limit is better than none.
What if I can’t do some of the movements?
We expect it. Some are difficult. Some of them will be hard. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, so we’ve got variations to make any movement easier or more difficult, depending on your needs.
Is this enough time?
Only you have what time you have. Your results will reflect how much effort you put into each movement. If you have 45 minutes, that’s great. But if all you have is 10, it’s certainly better than zero, isn’t it?
Do I require any equipment?
You won’t need any exercise equipment at all. An internet connection is required and a device capable of displaying video. You will also need comfortable clothes and a smile.
What if I forget a day?
You will. Life happens, and that’s OK. We’ve planned for that with a catch-Each week you can add one day. You can always come back later if you’re unable to attend. You’ll get lifetime access to everything, so there’s no pressure.
What makes this different to Elements?
Elements is our introductory program, which focuses on exploring 3 core locomotor patterns. Vitamin Motor control is specifically addressed by this program. It allows you to perform more movements and not feel pressured to master them all.
What happens when the 4 weeks have ended?
We’ll hold hands and sing Kumbaya. Just kidding. People often choose to repeat the process again right away, since you have lifetime access. You’ll know what’s right for you when the time comes.
Can’t I just learn this from YouTube?
YouTube is great for finding skill tutorials, but it’s terrible for focus. This practice is built on the idea that instead of searching through the entire internet, you simply show up and do the one thing we’ve prepared for you
