My journey from struggling service provider into CEO through productizing my services
When I began my business, I did not know how to build it. After 10 years of work, I had a lot more experience. I had developed strategies for some the largest brands in the globe, such as Pepsi, Unilever and Axe. The New York Jets and Florida Marlins, Carolina Panther, and many more.
Despite my success I knew I wanted my own business. I started my side while I was working up the corporate ladder.-hustle. After failing to get traction in an agency and with a software company, I got some momentum with done.-For-Your services as a little hired gun consultant.

I struggled for approximately 1.5 years before I changed my focus. Instead of returning to corporate, I chose something I enjoyed and was skilled at. I found people who needed my help, and most importantly, people I wanted to work with.

Then, we hit a brick wall.
As many service providers, my revenue was stuck around $200k/year. Something had to be done.
